RESET.

REALIGN.

RECONNECT.

For more than two decades, I worked in high-pressure corporate environments where long days, constant meetings, and always being “on” became normal. I had built a successful career, but I was exhausted. I wasn’t sleeping well, my energy was low, and my body was sending signals I could no longer ignore. At some point, I realized I didn’t just need more rest. I needed a different way to live and take care of myself.

That realization led me to meditation, then to Reiki energy work, sound healing, yoga, and a deeper understanding of the connection between the body, nervous system, and the energy we carry. I began to see how much stress we hold physically and emotionally, and how powerful it can be when the body is finally given space to release.

Looking back, this path was always there in some way. As a child, I was constantly rearranging my room, trying to shift how the space felt before I even had the language for it. Today, that same instinct has become part of how I work: creating space for people to feel clearer, steadier, and more like themselves again.

My approach is intuitive, but grounded. I pay attention to patterns, emotional signals, and subtle shifts while keeping the work steady, respectful, and guided by what your body is ready for. Nothing is forced.

My work is supported by training across multiple disciplines, including:

• Certified Reiki Master
• Certified Master Meditation Teacher
• Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200)
• Certified in Sound Healing
• NTCB Certified Sound Vibration Tuning Fork Therapist
• Leadership Coach Training through CTI
• Ongoing education in nervous system regulation and integrative practices

THE MEANING BEHIND CENTERLINE COLLECTIVE

Centerline Collective was born from the belief that healing and balance often come from more than one approach.

“Centerline” represents returning to alignment physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. It also reflects the body’s own centerline, where many major energy centers are understood to align along the spine.

“Collective” reflects the combination of practices that shape this work, including energy work, acupressure, sound therapy, meditation, yoga, and coaching.

I have a deep passion for vibrational healing and the way sound, frequency, and energy can help the body release what it has been holding. Seeing people experience that shift is one of the reasons this work means so much to me, and why Centerline Collective was created.
